Head of Set Design for a 500-guest garden show presenting nine LETTE designers. My set team of 10 built it and struck it the same day.

  1. 01 — Role
    • Coordination team: built the show from scratch with PLATTE
    • Casting: supported the process and kept it running smoothly
    • Booked the 3-piece orchestra that played live during the show
    • Show day: led the 10-person set team through the full build and strike
  2. 02 — Challenge

    Guest seating was built from truss for an industrial look. Two hours before the show, during the build, we found there weren't enough base plates for the number of truss sections, so the seating couldn't go up as planned.

  3. 03 — Fix

    I re-planned the seating layout on the spot and rebuilt it with the set team, so every section stood properly and every guest still had a clear view of the runway. Seating was ready for guests.

    • Start held 10 minutes so late-arriving guests could take their seats
