Responsible for the whole evening: assigning tasks across the team and making sure everything ran exactly to plan.
- 02 — Challenge
Briefing 30 people, and getting the idea behind a set built from decorative wood across to all of them.
- 03 — Fix
I wrote a running order listing every position, the person in it and their tasks, so everyone knew exactly what to do and when.
- 04 — Result
- The evening ran to plan, with no issues on the night
- Very positive guest feedback
- The PLATTE lead team liked the wood set so much it stayed in the space after the event
