    • Set up and kept the changing room ready
    • Ran drinks for the runners
    • First point of contact for every runner's questions
  2. 02 — Result
    • A smooth run with no incidents
    • Every participant prepared and informed, from arrival to finish
    • Back to back: the next day I led Feierabend as coordinator for 150 guests and a 30-person team
